Our chili oil has a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend keeping it in the fridge and using it within 3 months for best taste and quality.

The best before date is written in (DDMMYY) format (day–month–year). For example, 140326 means 14 March 2026.

We offer two spice levels to suit different tastes:

• Mild – For those who love the flavour of chili oil without the intense heat. Aromatic and flavourful with a touch of heat.

• Original – Our signature level of heat made with Thai Chili peppers. A balanced kick that enhances any dish without overwhelming it.

Yes, all of our chili oils are 100% vegan and made without any animal products.

None of our products contain nuts or dairy, but we do use soy sauce that contains soy and wheat. Please refer to the ingredient list if you have specific dietary concerns.
